Winter Squash Bake

Cut up one or two winter squash into 1-inch pieces.  Add diced apple and dried cranberries.  Mix in some maple syrup, honey or sweetener of your choice, cinnamon and salt.  Dot with butter.  Bake at 350 until squash is tender, 30-45 minutes.
